Lodges of the Highest Quality

Lifestyle Lodges are designed and constructed to the highest quality, exceeding current British standards and codes of practice. Both feature an en-suite shower and family bathroom, domestic central heating and a fully fitted kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, washer/dryer and a dishwasher.

External walls are constructed from 20mm tongue and grooved Swedish redwood and the roof is covered with a hardwearing pantile system.

Prices

• Prices at High Farm Country Park, range from £82,000 to £146,000.
• High Farm Country Park has an eleven month license open from 8th February to the 8th January every year, which enables you to get the maximum value from your investment.
• The park is protected by a CCTV system, and there is a resident Estate Manager. Dogs are welcome provided that they are exercised on a lead, or in the park’s dedicated dog walk area.
