Castle Howard Events 2018
What is planned so far?
The Castle Howard’s event planner is always changing and been added to, meaning there is always something you new to do. There is a small list of some of the exciting events coming up this year…

Easter Afternoon Tea – Fri 30th Mar – Sun 1st April

The Easter holidays will be stacked full to the brim with fun activities to entertain the whole family.
We welcome WonderPhil back (well known as Father Christmas’ sidekick). After sell out Magic Shows in January, WonderPhil will be running family magic workshops and performing a daily magic show. Booking is essential and tickets are available here.
Enjoy an Easter Egg Hunt with a twist around the Gardens. Several birds have lost their eggs, we need some intrepid egg-splorers to help reunite them. Look out for wildlife along the way with our new bird spotters guide and then hop on a binocular boat tour of the Great Lake to spot some of the water birds Castle Howard is famous for.
Make a day of it by taking part in Easter crafts and visit our Easter Farmyard down by the Boathouse. Enjoy both homemade treats from our cafes and a spring stroll on a daffodil walk.
